One of the best Resort in Bintan. I have stayed here 4-5 times and enjoyed it every time. Love their white sandy beach and beautiful ocean Love their rooms and facilities Love their friendly staff I would absolutely recommend you to stay here if you come Bintan Thanks Ms Julie, Chef Edy, Mr Azril, Mr Benny, Ms Sella, Ms Aminah, Mr Edo for your wonderful service Special thanks to Pak Alpha for keeping such a great quality service throughout the years. My family and I had a great time here. Cheersss

I really had a good time every time i visit, staffs are very friendly. especially Amirah at the restaurant in Banyan Tree side. My partner dropped his sunglasses Yance helped us to look for it. and the beach cleaning crew kept it for us nicely. i can't remember his name now. the crew constantly cleaning the beach making sure it's at tip top condition. thank you all. Benny has been so helpful the whole time. smiley and chatty. he also does the swimming pool dance. Also Erna at Angsana cafe is pretty friendly and helpful. thank you guys for making our trip so wonderful. will be back again real soon.

Great hospitality. Nice hotel and everything is clean. Staff is helpful and friendly especially the staff at the restaurant, Murali. Will come back again next time👍👍

Room so comfy but service not that good , please arange some people can take the customer to they room cause its very difficult place iss so big. Oh and information about restaurant or activities is not tell the customer so please update again thanks.

amazing resort!! although we didn’t get to try out water activities because of the weather, the resort had many activities throughout the day eg zumba, aquatic zumba, foam pool party, cycling trails!! apartment was really spacious, mini kitchen was very well equipped and the showers were nice too shoutout to the multi-talented benny - our zumba instructor, bike trail guide, waiter etc. really loved his infectious positive and bubbly energy, which made our stay even better <3 thanks to all the staff for an amazing time!
